Stash Acquisition: SpunRightRound

NOTE: This is a scheduled post to be released while I am in Peru — I will be out of the country and unavailable until August 10th.  (Additionally, my Etsy shop will be in ‘vacation’ mode until I return.)  If you’d like to contact me, feel free to email me at thelittlemountyarnco@gmail.com and I will get back to you as soon as I am back Stateside!  Also, if you would like to see pictures and updates from my trip, follow me on Instagram: thelittlemountyarnco.  Talk to you soon!  🙂

See this little beauty right here?  This vibrant, beautiful skein of perfectness is the current pride and joy of my yarn stash.

Spun Right Round: Melting Pot #21

Yarn Base: SW Sock 80/20 (100g/400yds)

Colorway: Melting Pot #21 (A one-of-a-kind colorway!  Eeeep!  🙂 )

This pretty thing is dyed by none other than Renee of SpunRightRound.  Currently, this is the second skein I have purchased from SRR, but certainly won’t be my last!  (In fact, I didn’t even finish finish my first pair of SpunRightRound socks before ordering another skein.)  I just can’t resist these vibrant beautiful colors! This particular one is a recent acquisition — a little gift to myself for my 25th birthday in June.  (Still working through the whole “quarter-life” thing…let’s not talk about it…)

As I’m sure you can tell from my own photos, I have quite a different dyeing style with my own yarn, but (obviously) I absolutely adore Renee’s funky colorways.

(Note: I was not compensated in any way for this post…I just really, really love SpunRightRound.  😛 )

Do you have a favorite item in your stash?
